Our team will arrive before your event to set up the buffet so your guests can serve themselves easily.

All equipment is removed after service unless other arrangements are made.

Service Fee: $300


Advanced Service

What’s included

Everything in Intermediate service plus

  • Staff to maintain buffet

  • Food replenished

  • Trash monitoring

  • Light cleanup of buffet area

  • 1–2 service attendants

Service time begins upon arrival and includes setup, buffet service, and cleanup of the buffet area.

$600 for up to four hours

$100 per hour past four hours


BLAZING BEIERS C. CATERING POLICIES

20 person minimum orders

50% deposit required on all events. Your event date is not reserved until deposit is received

Balance due (7) days before event

Deposits are fully refundable up to (7) days before event

If event is cancelled within (7) days of event, deposit is forfeited

Final guest count must be confirmed (7) days before event

For staffed events service time begins upon arrival

Client provides table(s) for set up unless previously arranged

For food safety reasons, leftover food will be disposed of. Client is not allowed to keep leftovers

For outdoor events client is responsible for providing adequate shelter in case of rain or severe weather

To ensure adequate portions for all guests, catering orders must be placed based on the total number of attendees.

Blazing Beiers prepares food based on the guest count provided, and cannot guarantee additional food if more guests attend than originally planned.

Client agrees to provide reasonable access to the event location for unloading, setup, and service.

If the buffet area is a significant distance from the unloading location, additional labor charges may apply.

If electrical power is required for the event setup, the client agrees to provide access to a standard electrical outlet within a reasonable distance of the buffet area.
